Short version: Product Shot Pro is a recurring subscription. Cancel whenever you want, keep access through the paid period, and email us within 14 days of a charge if you need a refund.
1. Product Shot
Product Shot is a browser-based tool for creating product visuals from your screenshots and media. The editor is local-first; paid plans add premium exports and optional account features.
2. Subscriptions and renewal
Product Shot Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly recurring subscription. The monthly plan renews every month and the yearly plan renews every year, unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
3. How to cancel
Sign in with the email used at checkout, open Plan, then choose Manage or cancel your plan. This opens Stripe's secure Billing Portal, where you can cancel, update payment details, or view invoices. After cancellation, Pro access remains available until the end of the period you already paid for.
4. Refunds
If Product Shot does not meet your expectations, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We will issue a full refund with no questions asked. Refund timing after approval depends on your bank or payment method.
5. Changes and support
We may update these terms as Product Shot evolves. For billing, cancellation, refund, or account questions, contact support and include the email used for checkout.
